By accessing or using PriceComp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PriceComp is a price comparison platform that aggregates product pricing information from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. All purchases are made through the respective third-party platforms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits or subscription restrictions; (c) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without authorization; (d) interfere with the proper working of the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, price and availability information may not be real-time. Always verify on the retailer's website before purchasing.
7. Limitation of Liability
PriceComp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to pricing discrepancies or purchase decisions made based on the information provided.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
